*** You CANNOT book for flu shot online, you MUST call the reception to book for flu shot in person***
Medical Associates of Port Credit has launched an online booking system in order to facilitate a seamless transition to phone and virtual care. Online booking is only for the existing patients of Medical Associates of Port Credit. Please click the Book Now button below to enter the online booking page. Please be advised that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, you will be asked to complete COVID-19 self-screening first. Once you complete the screening, you will be transferred to the booking page. Currently, only telephone appointments are available with the doctors at the Medical Associates of Port Credit (the doctor may arrange an in-person appointment if deemed necessary after the initial telephone appointment).
* If you are not able to book online with your doctor, it is likely because we have outdated health card information on our file or because the doctor is fully booked for the next 2 weeks. If you cannot book online, please call us to book an appointment with our receptionists.
** Urgent evening clinic appointments are now only booked by phone calls only. Online booking will be only for regular appointment booking.
*** If you are requesting to renew your prescription, please ask your pharmacy to fax us the request for renewal and we will renew the medication via fax during the COVID 19 outbreak without any fees. If it needs to be renewed urgently, please call our office instead of using the online booking to speak with our staff. ***
